Guided by a strategic and people-first approach, Mark has led multidisciplinary teams to implement systems and initiatives that not only enhance performance but create real, lasting change for the communities they serve. His expertise in project controls and risk management ensures clarity, resilience, and sustainable success.

Rajat Sharma
Rajat Sharma is a passionate and results-driven bachelor of civil engineer, with over 13 years of hands-on experience across a wide range of infrastructure projects, from surfacing and rail to building construction and utility networks. With a strong foundation in quantity surveying and project management.
He excels at planning, risk assessment, stakeholder engagement, and quality assurance, ensuring that every project runs smoothly, safely, and to the highest standard. Rajat is known not only for his technical skill and critical thinking but also for his integrity, determination, and pride in delivering meaningful work.
Rajat approaches challenges with a calm, solutions-focused mindset and leads with reliability, adaptability, and clear communication. Whether on-site or in the planning room, Rajat is a steady, trusted presence who brings people together to deliver excellent outcomes.
