The Peka Peka to Ōtaki (PP2Ō) Expressway Project

  • The PP2Ō Expressway greatly improved connectivity and delivered lasting value to Ōtaki.
  • The team at Endura Project Solutions, previously with another organisation, played a key role in enhancing quality and delivery, transforming client expectations, and earning formal recognition.
  • Leading a Quality Engineering team in close collaboration with the Fletcher National Quality Manager, they drove operational excellence, strengthened management systems, and ensured a smooth handover.
  • Their commitment elevated standards, improved safety, reduced travel times, and supported Ōtaki’s growth, delivering enduring impact through teamwork and continuous improvement.

Infrastructure – Water/Wast

Moa Point - Te Whare Wai Para Nuku (Sludge Plant)

  • The new sludge/wastewater facility is a major WCC infrastructure improvement Initiative. As the first facility of its kind in New Zealand, this critical infrastructure project aims to significantly reduce landfill waste and create valuable by products.
  • Under a different organisation’s banner, the team provided principal project management and contract administration, overseeing the Head Contractor’s construction activities.
  • Recognising the need for strong operational controls, the team implemented systems to enhance cross- functional collaboration, streamline workflows, and improve engagement with designers, vendors, subcontractors, and procurement teams.
  • Strategic planning and deep expertise have strengthened transparency and client confidence, ensuring effective project delivery.

Asset Management - Operations

Wellington Transport
Alliance (WTA)

  • The Wellington Transport Alliance (WTA) unites three major organisations, shared teams, and over 30 operating systems. Delivering consistent quality required strong collaboration and robust systems.
  • Under a previous organisation, the Endura Projects team led the development of ISO- aligned systems, streamlining operations and ensuring quality, performance, and budget targets were met.
  • They spearheaded the Alliance’s Integrated and Quality Management Systems, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Their efforts enhanced system integration, reduced rework, improved audits, and enabled smarter, data-driven decisions.
